For the time Krystal has been at Recharged I have always loved her workouts. They push me to do my best and leave me tired but feeling amazing, as a good workout should when you push your hardest. When I go into a class I want to leave dripping sweat and I always feel that after her classes. Krystal is also such a good and personal coach that makes you feel comfortable even if you are not too sure how to do a movement. She is a coach that you are just able to talk to as well which is also a nice connection to have with a coach. I want to continue taking Krystal's classes.

Absolutely. Most clients start somewhere uncertain. We meet you at your level, teach the movements properly, and progress at a pace that's challenging but safe.
Whatever you have. During your consult we map out your access — full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment — and build the program around it.
Online packages are billed monthly with no long-term lock-in. In-person training can be booked as single sessions or discounted packs. Details are confirmed after your consult.
Yes. Plenty of clients start online and add in-person sessions, or move up to coaching as their goals get bigger. We'll adjust as you go.
